**Job Summary**:
Citi is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Operations Support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for exercising full leadership and supervisory responsibility over the department, typically consisting of multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Determine hiring to ensure adequate staffing.
- Recommend new work procedures with broader scope of impact.
- Deal with variable (occasionally complex) issues with substantial potential impact.
- Directly impact the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management, and formulation of procedures; influence resource planning.
- Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups, and actively ensuring that customer/product data details and settlement instructions across a variety of systems remain up to date.
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of prior operations management experience.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Active participation in projects and data analysis.
