**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Lead to join our Global Business Solutions team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and marketing spend effectiveness across our end markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase marketing spend effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve resource allocation decisions
- Analyze reports and identify issues and challenges to inform business decisions
- Develop and lead the GBS team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities
- Manage multiple strategic GBS projects within tight deadlines

**Requirements:**
- Degree educated with relevant professional qualification
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, finance, and/or category management
- 2+ years of experience in management positions
- Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Data and insights driven, with basic understanding of key data science concepts
- Strong influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in analyzing reports, identifying issues, and challenging management
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems
- Ability to simplify complex situations, communicate, and present complex information
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative
- Project management skills
