About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Management Director to join our team at The British American Tobacco Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize performance
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a commercial or business development role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and market analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
