We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Business Development Manager to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive GenAI strategy that drives business growth and innovation in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with GenAI startups in Latin America to understand their technical and commercial challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the startup ecosystem focused on GenAI.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the global Startup Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to better serve the needs of customers leveraging GenAI technologies.
- Produce GenAI thought leadership and technical-leaning content, workshops, and events for the startup ecosystem.
- Inform, influence, and contribute to the work of other GenAI-related colleagues across AWS and Amazon.
- Conceive, author, secure support for, launch, and execute new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of startup customers as they relate to GenAI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
