Strategic Business Development Leader, Latam

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Business Development Leader to join our team in Mexico or Brazil to cover all Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to join a centralized corporate team that manages strategic partnerships across all of Amazon for our strategic AWS customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing/advertising, content, commerce, and technology components.
- Assess commercial feasibility for AWS and Amazon business and create new deal constructs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to execute on the relationships.
- Support the strategic objectives and interests of Amazon's business teams on a global basis.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
