Key Responsibilities- Contact and engage with guests to resolve their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty to Marriott International.
- Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as gifts for their patronage.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and manage guest reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into software systems and answer guest calls, requests, and questions.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, sending emails, and typing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees and serve as a role model.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or certification not required.
