About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Bayer. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy Development: Design and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM platforms and data sources.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain customers and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools and platforms.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use CRM data.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree (Master or equivalent)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of CRM experience, with a strong background in Salesforce
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Language: Fluent in English (Portuguese desirable)
