About the Role

Videojet Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for in-line printing, coding, and marking products, is seeking a highly skilled Global Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Optimize strategic success factors for designated Global Strategic Accounts to drive growth and expansion.
  • Maximize Sales: Develop compelling customer value propositions to influence key personnel in customer accounts to prefer Videojet as their supplier.
  • Lead Progress: Utilize CRM Salesforce to track and review progress of each GSA project, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Win Business: Leverage successes at individual sites to win business at all sites of designated Strategic Accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Successful sales management experience with multinational corporations.
  • Account Management: Proven ability to manage complex account relationships in a matrixed organization.
  • Project Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and work on both long-term and short-term projects.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Education: Business, engineering, or technical undergraduate degree.
  • CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
