We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
