Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience in the public sector, especially finance.
- Education: Post-graduate in information technology or equivalent with 8+ years of networking experience.
- Skills: Contributes effectively to Customer Problem Resolution, Innovation, Engineering Engagement, Intellectual Capital, and Talent Development.
- Intellectual Property Creation: Leads the creation and dissemination of intellectual property, including digital assets, for various audiences.
- Complex Problem Resolution: Works with Engineering to resolve complex problems and serviceability issues.
- Technical Skills Development: Continuously strengthens technical skills in relevant and adjacent technologies.
- Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration: Consults and collaborates with customers and stakeholders to optimize products and services based on project requirements, supporting presales activities and translating business needs into solution design.
Scope and Complexity:
- Interfaces: Interfaces with customers, senior leadership, engineers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders, including Managers and customer technology executives.
- Technical Expertise: Technical expert in multiple technologies, applying industry-standard practices to ensure optimal product behavior.
