About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Shared Service Center Team in Mexico City. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting HR policies and processes, serving as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners with HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of employees on the HR system, including any changes to employment terms, and advise relevant departments.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle process (hire-to-retire) within your region of responsibility.
  • Create and update process guides on a regular basis.
  • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Support standardization and automation projects on HR processes across different countries.
  • Initiate and implement process changes and automations across HR processes.
  • Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Payroll, HR, or Administration Shared Services.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in HR and payroll matters.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shared Services experience.
  • Service Center experience.
  • KCS (Knowledge-Centered Services) certification.
