Role Overview
At Factorial HR, we're seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our Spanish Market team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure all customer needs and queries are resolved via ticket, email, or chat.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and provide information about products and services.
- Document interactions and demonstrate full ownership of each activity.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Spanish and English with expertise in speaking.
- Proactive and innovative approach with a willingness to put forward new ideas.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience dealing with customers is a plus.
