FORVIA HELLA is a leading international automotive supplier, and we're seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Cuautitlan, Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent for opening positions at our Hellamex site, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are set up for success in SAP.
  • Communicate employee resignations and terminations, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Participate in safety committee meetings, promoting a culture of safety and well-being within the organization.
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in deductions, payments, and incident management.
  • Contribute to annual appraisals, local bonus reviews, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Support the development of annual benefits reviews, budget planning, headcount management, and strategic planning.
  • Provide organizational management and administrative support to engage employees and drive business results.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Human Resources or a related field.
