Job Purpose

The HR Lead for IC LATAM will partner with the Latin America business to co-create, lead, and nurture the culture of over 3,500 employees across three corporate offices, four factories, and thirty-seven owned distribution centers. This role requires a talent catalyst who can drive performance through the power of people and lead transformative change.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the LATAM IC LT and teams in Ice Cream BU to lead the Ice Cream separation to a stand-alone business, deploying organizational design and finding the best talent for growth.
  2. Shape the People Agenda function based on LATAM business priorities, aligning them with the overall business priorities for our Business Unit through our IC Ways of Working.
  3. Coach senior leaders and build an impactful leadership team by proactively designing interventions for managing team effectiveness and performance.
  4. Drive Talent to Value agenda across LATAM, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, building a solid internal and external pipeline, and succession planning.
  5. Represent IC LATAM in Ice Cream BU, leveraging Unilever scale and consistency where appropriate.
  6. Own the Overheads management/Productivity improvement and support the GM and Head of Countries through optimized structure for effectiveness, efficiency, speed, and higher impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience at this level of seniority (WL3).
  • Proven success in leading and landing transformative change, comfortable experimenting with new approaches, and pushing yourself and others to achieve outstanding outcomes.
