Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional

This Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional will manage mid-to-high level searches, serving as the primary point-of-contact for individual clients regarding talent acquisition. The role involves developing and directing external and internal recruitment activities to satisfy the organization's talent requirements.
Key Responsibilities- IDentify and submit strongest candidates to hiring managers based on quality, skills, and fit.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting, maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned throughout the recruitment process.
- Consult with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and the client's talent philosophy.
- Participate in client/TA projects, focusing on the outcome of staffing strategies or business changes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of required skills and abilities for assigned business units.
- Possess knowledge of company goals and competitive position, using this knowledge to influence others.
- E nsure a positive candidate experience, applying judgment when the recruitment process deviates from standard practice.
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will be viewed as a subject-matter expert in recruiting, influencing clients at an organizational level with regards to all things talent delivery. In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
