About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Reporting Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the OCF process to report results to the CFO and Controller and other critical stakeholders on the BU cash performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the OCF process to report results to the CFO and Controller and other critical stakeholders on the BU cash performance.
  • Analyse and explain cash flow performance.
  • Lead the periodic cash flow reporting on actuals vs forecast.
  • Lead and ensure cash flow forecast system submissions and consolidations.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to collate information to understand performance, working capital drivers.
  • Ensure targets are met by providing data and analysis to the Cash Flow Manager which support course-correction processes with the delivery of cash improvement initiatives and with the running of the Working Capital Committee.
  • Own the collation of information for the Cash Flow planning & forecasting process for the UK business unit, working with both finance and cross-functional teams to build effective processes & robust forecasting models.
  • Own and drive simplification and standardisation of market OCF forecasting and reporting processes, collaborating with functional finance teams and Sector teams to do this. Engaging with market leadership to execute reporting improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Advanced English is a must have. Good communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ERP tools /SAP & HFM is a plus.
  • Excel intermediate-advanced minimum.
