Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, from initial inquiry to the end of their stay. You will work closely with our field operators to maintain and deliver on property expectations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to escalated guests and troubleshoot guest issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Respond to guest messages promptly and personally, adhering to our strict service level agreements (SLAs) to establish a welcoming relationship.
  • Support field operation teams in maintaining a consistent guest experience, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Keep relevant systems updated with customer information and property details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information regarding AvantStay properties and policies, ensuring guests have a clear understanding of their stay.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with field operators and local vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide the highest level of customer support to all current and future guests, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • 1+ year in customer service and/or concierge experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and close attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing great customer service to our guests.
  • Ability to understand and convey both business issues and technical concepts, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Reliable, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to prioritize and deliver work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Background in real estate and/or short-term rentals is preferred.
