Business Development Coordinator

Sermo is seeking a skilled Client Solutions Associate to support our Account Owners in creating high-quality proposals that meet client needs. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth for the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate pricing and feasibility of proposals. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new technologies as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing incoming proposals from new and existing clients by setting up new bids, confirming internal feasibility and with partners, managing relationships with partners, performing desk research, and evaluating pricing. They will also be required to develop proposals including feasibility confirmation, pricing, and value-add information. Other key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments and vendors, assisting in preparation for client calls, and providing documentation/summaries of client discussions.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any economic administrative area, mathematics, or sciences. Previous experience in Market Research is an added advantage, as well as experience/knowledge with qualitative and quantitative research methods. International experience and fluency in English and Spanish are also highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
