Senior Business Development Manager

Benteler Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage market knowledge and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
