About This Opportunity

Benteler Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage market knowledge and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
