Job Summary:

Gentera is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auxiliar Operaciones Servicio to join our team. As an Auxiliar Operaciones Servicio, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the activities of administrative assistants to ensure timely completion of tasks and services.
  • Administer the operation of the Service Office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of credit, insurance, and savings products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
