- Support: Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Procedure Development: Assist in creating and maintaining Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes.
- On-Call Support: Be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
- Minimum Three Years of Experience: Proven track record in Information Technology or Bankcard Industry.
- Google Suite Experience: Familiarity with Google Suite is required.
- Merchant Accounting System (MAS) Knowledge: Strong understanding of MAS is essential.
- High Volume, High Availability Environment: Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments.
