Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our organization's growth by managing a wide range of human resources functions, including systems administration, new hire onboarding, performance management, and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize various People Team systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, collaborating with the People Team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional support to new hires and employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Coach and guide colleagues on company policies and practices, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with the People Team to support and revise existing processes, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive organizational development and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on a multinational HR/People Team in a startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR, Lever, Small Improvements, and CultureAmp or similar HR systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • US HR experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English language proficiency is required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business.
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language is a plus.
