We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst IT to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. This is a key role that will work closely with business partners to align technology solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supports several moderately complex business processes.
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of a business area to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
- Serves as a project team member.
- Directly interfaces with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors) to clarify business needs, priorities, and strategies.
- Proven skill developing project proposals and business requirements in support of system initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration skills, including experience planning and requirements gathering sessions.
- SAP S4 exposure is a plus.
- Understands software development lifecycle and use of related tools (such as Confluence/Jira).
- Typically requires 5-7 years of technical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably apparel with inventory management exposure.
- Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
