Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our planning team in Mexico.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in media and entertainment, team management, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Mexico, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of planners, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and driving new business opportunities.
- Business Analysis: Analyze revenue statistics and sales trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Advanced English
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related databases for sales forecasting, analytical tools, and research/statistics
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in media and entertainment, with at least 8 years in team management
