Infrastructure Compliance Role
At Nuvit Service, we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Compliance Analyst to join our team. As an IAM Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and support of IT operations solutions and services according to industry and organizational best practices standards, service requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of IT operations solutions and services
* Performing routine tasks according to established processes and checklists
* Monitoring infrastructure and application services to ensure compliance and performance
* Alerting and taking appropriate action to address any issues or concerns
* Maintaining detailed, auditable records of compliance and risk management
* Supporting the generation of key risk and performance indicators
* Collaborating with the team to ensure effective risk management and compliance
Requirements:
* 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical or helpdesk role
* 4-5 years of experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows)
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
* Advanced level of English language proficiency
* Technical English required
* Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently in a highly regulated environment
* Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment
