Sitdigital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing national sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate with key accounts and store managers to secure prime visibility for our products
- Work closely with sales associates to maximize sellout and enhance customer experience
- Execute trunk shows and other marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage point of purchase materials and inventory
- Deliver brand training to sales associates and key account managers
- Track and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales
- Relevant industry experience in eyewear, accessories, and/or apparel
- Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
Benefits
- Competitive salary: MXN28,000 - MXN35,000 per month
