Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Menasha Packaging. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in business planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
