Job Summary

Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and transition into operation for less complicated functionality when required.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice and support.
  • Solution Design: Assist with designing solutions for clients, ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • User Training and Support: Provide user training on system/new functionality and respond to user queries.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Assist with the identification of business and system requirements and functional specifications for business owners and stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Assist with the production of operational and user documentation, including release notes.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business.
  • Project Administration: Administer project schedules and scopes of work.
  • Communication: Communicate client requirements to operational teams and subcontractors.
  • Sales and Business Development: Promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identifying sales opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
