Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Eaton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Eaton Account Management team to ensure complete customer satisfaction by coordinating daily delivery status communication between the Tijuana plant operations and third-party customers.
  • Develop an internal support plan to meet customer delivery and quality performance expectations, as flowed down from the Eaton Account Management team and/or third-party customer portals.
  • Support high-visibility customer engagement teams, Program Management reviews, rate readiness reviews, and other relevant activities.
  • Track high-priority parts through each operation of production and post-production, elevating concerns to Operations Management during daily production meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
  • 3-5 years' work experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, logic, resourcefulness, creativity, sound teaming skills, basic market analysis tools, and techniques.
  • Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems.
  • Fluent in English.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
