Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Trevita. This full-time position involves providing exceptional on-site assistance to our clients while they travel to Tijuana, ensuring seamless experiences and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with paperwork, answer questions, and ensure they have necessary documentation.
  • Help clients with payment processing.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, plan travel schedules, and collaborate with third-party entities.
  • Update client information and tasks in the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during on-sites.
  • C Coordinate with third-party companies to make last-minute changes in the itinerary if needed.
  • Arrange video calls with clients and participate according to a predetermined schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in customer service, Medical Tourism, Medical services, or the Hospitality Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical procedures is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, uniforms provided, additional vacation time, and other benefits. The salary range is $14,000 - $28,000 per month, depending on experience.
