About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of making payments seamless.

Your primary responsibility will be to operate a data entry device to key and/or verify various standard and complex business data into a computer, ensuring high accuracy and meeting turnaround deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from credit card applications into a computer following a specific format displayed on screen, maintaining at least 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy.
  • Perform sight or re-key verification of data entered, cleaning, balancing, and ensuring 100% accuracy prior to submission to production.
  • Develop an advanced understanding of systems and procedures, scheduling resources and work assignments to ensure uninterrupted workflow operations and prioritization of jobs.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience in Data Entry.
  • Familiarity with Global Payments experience is preferred.
