About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Adoption Services Center team as an Enterprise Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, providing guidance and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive the ES & ESCE portfolio, guidance, and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey.
  • Closely collaborate with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams and beyond on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market, portfolio consumption, and scaling content delivery.
  • Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customers' business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Manage the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings.
  • Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience.
  • Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide advisory and guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform.
  • Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio and offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success.

About You

  • We are looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management solutions. Knowledge in Transportation Management & Extended Warehouse Management would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required.
  • Strong presentation skills both in creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with results-focused customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward.
