About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Support Engineer to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Service Delivery organization, you will provide technical service and support to our customers, ensuring the stability and performance of their radio access networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer issues and provide dedicated support to meet their needs
  • Access customer networks remotely to evaluate problems and take corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot and analyze key performance indicators, call flow, and traffic degradation scenarios of radio access networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G)
  • Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and customers in an international environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Spanish and English proficiency
  • More than 3 years of experience in supporting RAN products (2G/3G/4G/5G)
  • Solid understanding of RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) and 3GPP standards

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Baseband/Node B and knowledge of Moshell/AMOS
  • Experience in EVO or RNC controller (EVO 8200/8300 or RNC 3810/3820)
