About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, helping them to resolve issues and improve their experience with our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies, staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of distributed computing environments and exposure to serverless technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, AWS IoT, or mobile and messaging technologies or AI-related technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java,.NET (C#), JavaScript.
