Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Service Agent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-line services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, package tracking, and customer communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales objectives.
  • Assist customers with package tracing, answer questions about FedEx services, and provide over-the-counter and phone support.
  • Ensure packages are properly labeled, comply with customs documentation, and meet safety and security standards.
  • Support the optimization of branch profitability by managing resources and controlling expenses.
  • Recognize new customers and business opportunities, offering tailored solutions and services to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
  • Follow commercial and administrative processes, communicating with relevant teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Protect company values and prevent deviations, missing, or mishandling of packages.
  • Request necessary supplies for daily documentation and packaging of shipments.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on sales.
  • Knowledge of cash and value management.
  • Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse, with a good understanding of operations and customer requirements.
Skills
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

  • Clean-cut and neat appearance.
