Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Financiera Independencia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make payment promises for defaulter customers in the USA.
  • Capture information received from the client, including date of payment, payment location, and additional customer comments.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience of 6 months in Call Center operations, telephone service, and working with metrics.
  • Abilities:
    • Conversational English.
    • Effective communication.
    • Verbal and written fluency.
    • Service attitude.
    • Ability to capture information.

What We Offer
  • Base Salary: $6,000 pesos per month.
  • HR Bonus: $1,050 (punctuality, attendance, and perseverance).
  • Productivity Bonus: $5,400 (not capped).

Work Schedule
We require our customer service representatives to work from Monday to Sunday, with one day off for every six days worked. This schedule allows us to provide 24/7 support to our clients.
