About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Partner Success to join our Partner Success team in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with gym affiliation, sports centers, and fitness studios to execute and achieve established goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities in the fitness market and potential growth drivers.
  • Drive and maximize the affiliations of sports centers, generating profitable and healthy growth for the business.
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections that may arise in relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Execute monthly/quarterly development reports on the progress of the affiliation team.
  • Work closely with the Client Sales, Client Success, and Activation teams to plan and execute expansion and coverage projects for our network.
  • Establish and develop sales and performance goals, ensuring their achievement and progress.

About You

We are looking for a professional with strong commercial expertise, advanced-level English, and experience in startups. You should be tenacious and goal-oriented, able to multitask and manage multiple projects, and have high adaptability to a fast-growing organization. You will be outgoing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills, and genuinely care for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
