Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. This role is responsible for driving new business sales efforts, championing the power of Braze, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
About the RoleAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will partner closely with Braze Account Executives to co-sell and craft Braze-centric solutions that meet client needs. Your role is crucial in showcasing how Braze solutions supported by Stitch can drive success for top brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoughtfully educate prospective clients on Braze's value and articulate how Stitch's services can meet their needs.
- Build strong partnerships with teams at Braze, becoming a trusted ally in co-selling efforts.
- Manage complex sales cycles while crafting tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the value that the Stitch team can bring to Braze implementations and optimizations.
- Use your martech expertise to identify prospects' core marketing challenges and design comprehensive solutions that address their needs.
- Be a trusted advisor to your accounts through strategic thinking and prescriptive recommendations related to marketing, marketing technology, and marketing processes.
- Use your B2B sales expertise to confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to meet bookings targets.
- Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners to anticipate customer needs and questions effectively.
- Travel around 25% to client sites and lead strategic discussions with high engagement.
What Success Looks Like:
- You build solid, lasting relationships with the sales team at Braze. Your deep martech expertise and creativity during the sales process make you the go-to person for the Braze team to partner with on complex deals.
- You are extremely creative in the methods you use to reach out to prospects and gain their buy-in during the sales process. You skip the standardized approaches and use customized methods instead.
- You take full ownership of every sales cycle, gathering insights from others but steering each prospect's journey with confidence and commitment.
- You consistently close deals to meet booking targets, finding thoughtful solutions to get the deal signed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages to support clients in Mexico.
- 5+ years of proven success in consultative sales within the marketing technology services industry.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, and integration strategies.
- Solid experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with high-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills, able to communicate complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
- A track record of meeting quotas.
- Ability to travel around 25% to client sites in the US and Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Mexico without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
