About the Role:
Fronius is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Automotive and Metalworking Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the metalworking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the automotive and metalworking industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and execute sales projects in the automotive and metalworking industry
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Manage commercial activities, including quote management and collection tracking
- Prepare market reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Organize and execute commercial demonstrations and participate in industry events
- Document sales information in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metalworking industry
- Strong knowledge of welding and suitable welding machines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel
- Customer-oriented service attitude and proactive approach
- Self-taught with ability to work from home office
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
