About the Role:

Fronius is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Automotive and Metalworking Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the metalworking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the automotive and metalworking industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and execute sales projects in the automotive and metalworking industry
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Manage commercial activities, including quote management and collection tracking
  • Prepare market reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Organize and execute commercial demonstrations and participate in industry events
  • Document sales information in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metalworking industry
  • Strong knowledge of welding and suitable welding machines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Customer-oriented service attitude and proactive approach
  • Self-taught with ability to work from home office
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
