• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and finance, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
• Utilize salesforce and SAP platforms to manage customer cases, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide timely and effective communication to customers, using pre-designed answer templates and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain customer databases, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate records.
• Assist in data procurement and maintenance for our knowledge base, ensuring accurate and relevant information is available to customers.
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support customer service colleagues in their workload, promoting a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
**Requirements**
• 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Competitive salary: $23, $27,500.00 per month.
