About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Psc Industries. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring that we attract and engage the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage talent planning, including forecasting future hiring needs and aligning hiring strategy with long-term workforce plans.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, including job advertising, screening, and assessment processes.
  • Manage candidate pools and ensure that qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Develop and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of the recruitment process and enable reporting on recruiting performance and metrics.

Requirements

  • Advanced conversational English essential.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices.
  • Familiarity with the tools and technologies used in recruiting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivation to work in a global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
