- Client Relationships and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key business clients and industry partners, and lead complex negotiations with enterprise merchants to close deals and secure long-term mutually beneficial agreements.
- Product and Service Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve our product and service offerings, and work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales.
- Reporting and Performance Management: Keep track of sales targets and provide regular reports on progress and challenges to management.
- Experience: 3+ years proven experience as a business development manager, with a focus on sales in the B2B payments industry, fintech, or similar roles.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multi-cultural contexts.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), and business communication in English; in-depth market knowledge, with an emphasis on Latin American economies and payment sectors; exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills; effective time management and strategic planning abilities; BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; and advanced English.
