Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Assistant Director to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Human Resources in the overall management and administration of the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Lead the hotel's quality program, including the creation and design of related training and incentive programs to encourage consistent guest service.
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day HR Department operation, including the HRIS System and all PAF data entry, separations, report generating, and other related functions.
  • Counsel and/or discipline employees as needed, through clear, calm and direct oral and written communications, in accordance with the guidelines established by the hotel.
Requirements
  • Previous HR managerial experience
  • CIPD qualified
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
