Job Title: Channel Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue in their assigned geographical area and selected channel accounts. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, accounting, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic VAR, ISV, and Solution Integrator partnerships to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with assigned resellers to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
  • Develop annual business plans with assigned partners and conduct regular reviews to track progress.
  • Partner with teams to create technical and sales training plans for partner teams.
  • Recruit, enable, and develop new partners to drive revenue growth and meet corporate and/or regional strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field.
  • Primary language: Spanish and English (fluent).
  • Proven track record of success in a channel model.
  • Experience in strategic selling of technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computing skills with emphasis on CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

  • Overall revenue attainment to goals.
  • Update and management of accounts in Datalogic's CRM system.
  • Detailed understanding and continued learning of the DL portfolio and industries.
  • Continued development of assigned partners with focus on wallet share and market share growth.
  • Alignment and adherence with Company culture and business practices.
