Job Title: Channel Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Channel Manager to lead our sales and commercial efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and commercial experience, preferably in a channel management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
