About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Datalogic. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned geographical area and selected channel accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with VARs, ISVs, and Solution Integrators to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with assigned resellers to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
  • Develop annual business plans with assigned partners and conduct regular reviews to track progress.
  • Partner with internal teams to create technical and sales training plans for partner teams.
  • Recruit, enable, and develop new partners as necessary to drive revenue growth and meet corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proven track record of success in a channel model.
  • Experience in strategic selling of technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
