Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities- PC Support: Order, install, upgrade, repair (break/fix), re-image and troubleshoot all Carestream IT supported workstations and peripherals, in the office, remote and on the manufacturing floor.
- Corporate Mobile Devices: Configure and troubleshoot corporate mobile devices with company apps (Intune, Outlook, and Teams).
- Printer Support: Configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot printing problems (standalone and network printers).
- Telecom Support: Support mobile/data/voice lines (ordering and provisioning/deprovisioning mobile phones, desktop phones, and working with local telephony providers).
- On-Call Support: Support VPs, managers, and other enterprise employees. If required for the supported location.
- Document Maintenance: Generate and maintain documentation required by Internal Controls Standards, ISO, and FDA for business and process workstation functions.
- Ticket Management: Require working with IT Service Management Software (tickets) for all work; manage assigned tickets to ensure accurate reporting of the equipment/apps/issues worked on and meeting all SLAs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the other IT teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services, including meetings, incident resolution, request fulfillment, and user support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in systems administration or related position.
- Skills: Experience in Active Directory, SCCM, imaging tools, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Outlook.
- Language: Excellent communication (oral/written) and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience with IT service management best practices.
- Ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets to improve a metric or effort.
