**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful project completion within defined timelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilise data skills to analyse project metrics, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Proactively initiate and lead improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to elevate project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager at a high-growth tech company.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
