Program Management Role

The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to team(s), ensuring the successful delivery of programs and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of program management principles, including planning, coordination, and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Qualification in program management or equivalent (PgMP / PMP / PRINCE2).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading medium to large cross-functional projects with commensurate people management experience.
Education

Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience.

Experiencia 5 a 7 años gestionando programas y proyectos complejos, en varios casos por periodos mayores a 1 año, generando resultados significativos para su organización.

Experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo, incluyendo la supervisión simultanea de varios recursos en el logro de objetivos.

Certificación Project Management PMP.

Certificación SCRUM Master.

Ingenieria o Licenciatura, deseable maestría.

Desable conocimientos de sistemas y tecnología

Excel Avanzado, Presentaciones Ejecutivas Avanzado, JIRA, Microsoft Project, PTS (deseable).

Inglés conversacional nivel Avanzado.
