We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin Support Customer Service Representative to join our team at Al.

Job Summary:

This role involves handling customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, scheduling appointments, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Perform data entry tasks using multiple software platforms
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and partners
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Native or close to native English listening, speaking, and writing skills
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in multiple software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a detail-oriented environment
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

Contract Details:

  • No benefits, except paid official US holidays after 3-month trial period
  • 14 days of PTO after 1 year of contract

Salary:

  • $10,000 - $20,000 MXN per month (dependent on contractor's experience, learning pace, and performance)

Language: English

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (onsite for first 3 months, remote after training)
